Happy Birthday!

Sarah turned 8 on Sunday! She had fun celebrating with her friends at Kangaroo Zoo on Saturday! (picture CD on its way) On Sunday, Nana & Papa came up from Salem, Utah to celebrate with her on her actual Birthday January 25th. Her requested birthday meal was BBQ ribs. We all enjoyed them immensely! We are all so excited for her Baptism on February 7th! Especially Papa because it's his birthday!

A Stream

Very early this morning, our upstairs toilet flooded not only the bathroom but down into our utility closet dripping over everything. Needless to say, I was instantly awake. Furniture was moved as the water seeped over the carpet into the hallway and Mommy & Daddy's room (of course!). Patrick ran to rent a shampooer to suck up the water since we do not own our own. While he was upstairs sucking the carpet dry, I was listening to Sarah and Emilee discuss what they saw. As usual, Emilee made us laugh. She said, "It looked like a stream!":D She can always diffuse a stressful situation with her not-ment-to-be funny statements. God bless 5 year olds!

Happy Rose Bowl Day!

I mean, Happy New Year! We are big USC fans here in the Morgan home. Well, at least Patrick and myself. We are so happy they not only played in the Rose Bowl, but that they WON! Happy New Year Everyone!
